Choose files or folders from your Knowledge Base, then set how many questions to generate (10, 25, or up to 50 per run), the difficulty (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced), the language, and the question types. AI drafts the questions along with a suggested title and description, and every question shows the source file it came from.

Review the preview, select the questions you want, and add them to the quiz or replace the existing ones. You can also write and edit Single Answer, Multiple Answers, True / False, and Open-Ended questions by hand, with images and post-answer explanations.

Short daily sessions that bring missed questions back

Set how many questions each daily session includes (10 by default), what time the daily session opens, and your target retention. Instead of one long test people forget a week later, employees get a short daily session from your question bank on their phones.

Questions answered correctly come back less often, while missed or harder questions return sooner until they are mastered. On their phones staff see today’s session, their daily streak, and their score, and they get a reminder when a session opens and another if they haven’t finished it yet.

Results by person, question, and branch

Each quiz shows assigned and active learners, learners on a streak, question mastery, average retention, and the score distribution across the team. In the assignees table, track each person’s status, last score, completed sessions, and mastered questions, or click a person to inspect every attempt and answer.

The question table ranks questions by correct rate, average time spent, and the most common wrong answer so you can spot unclear standards right away. Team Engagement adds active learners, total learning time, questions answered, and a leaderboard you can filter by period and branch.
